You’ll help match clients with the perfect hotel accommodations, manage bookings, and provide outstanding customer support throughout the planning process.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in researching and booking hotel and resort accommodations
Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely, professional manner
Review client preferences to recommend suitable lodging options based on budget, location, and travel dates
Manage reservation details and updates using booking tools and systems
