Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client service. This role includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist the sales and catering managers and directors with clerical tasks and guest service so that they can focus on closing business.
  • Your daily tasks will include responding to guests' requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; word processing, typing, e-mailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and processing mail; other general office duties and assisting with special projects, as needed.
  • Your boss is the Director of Sales.
  • A coordinator role is an excellent entry-level position in the sales department because you learn about all aspects of sales, catering, and CS, as well as the operation of the entire hotel.ย  This position can set you up for a progressive career in the sales discipline.ย  It is also a good job for someone who likes to leave work behind at the end of the shift.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

  • A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
  • Experience is not required

Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications
