Description:

CFMC is seeking a new or recent graduate to join the team and help integrate AI tools into financial analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making.

This role is designed for someone who is comfortable using modern AI tools to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve financial reporting inside a healthcare organization.

The analyst will work directly with hospital leadership on budgeting, financial reporting, operational analytics, and process automation.

Responsibilities

· Support hospital financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

· Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making

· Build financial models and analytical dashboards

· Use AI tools to automate financial reporting, Excel workflows, and data analysis

· Develop prompts, scripts, or internal tools that improve finance team productivity

· Assist with special projects related to hospital operations, reimbursement, and cost analysis

Requirements:

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate how they have used AI tools to automate financial analysis, reporting, or data workflows

Qualifications

· Degree in finance, economics, data science, analytics or similar degree

· Daily proficiency using AI tools required

· Demonstrated ability to use AI to automate tasks, analyze data, and generate financial insights

· Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills

· Experience with data analysis tools is strongly preferred
