What You’ll Do 
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar and help them make confident, cost-saving decisions. If you're looking to get your feet wet in sales/marketing, this is the perfect place for you!
 
Responsibilities 
 • Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners 
 • Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings 
 • Use CRM and proposal software to guide the customer journey 
 • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads 
 • Work inbound leads and/or self-generate opportunities 
 • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth installations 
 
Qualifications 
 • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred 
 • Sales experience (solar, insurance, real estate, or phone sales) 
 • Strong communication & active listening skills 
 • Comfortable with tech (Zoom, CRMs, proposal tools) 
 • Motivated, hungry to learn, and growth-oriented
