Description

Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures is currently seeking Park Service Specialists who are energetic and detail oriented. These individuals are the first and last touch point for our guests at Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures and therefore will require a pleasant and cheerful demeanor. The primary responsibilities include booking reservations, handling guest inquiries, harnessing guests for their adventure, ticket sales, retail sales, group coordination, group sales calls, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming guests to Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures and handling any guest inquiries
  • Answer phones and make bookings for the Aerial Park and Zipline Canopy Tour using reservation software
  • Ticket sales and issuing rain checks using point of sale software
  • Retail sales and retail inventory
  • General customer service responsibilities
  • Keep inventory and maintain Adventure Park and Zip Line Canopy Tour equipment
  • Maintaining a clean working environment and park facilities, including staff and guest space
  • Coordinate with Adventure Sales Associate and Park Manager to facilitate groups and assist with special events
  • Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
  • Complying with and enforcing the policies, procedures, and regulations of Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures
  • Assist guests with harnessing for activities
  • Assist with other duties in the park as needed

Requirements

To be considered the following qualifications must be met:

  • 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
  • Passionate about the outdoors
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and balance a cash drawer
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availability
  • Must excel in computer literacy including point of sale and reservation software


Hours:

This position can require full time (30-40 hours a week) during the high season and abbreviated hours during the shoulder seasons. Hours of employment are dependent on business demands.
