ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company to add proven sales professionals to their team. They’re looking for people who know how to connect with homeowners, confidently guide the buying process, and want an opportunity where strong performance can translate into serious earning potential.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. You’ll run company-generated appointments, understand the homeowner’s needs, present the right solution, and confidently close the sale.

  • 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earning potential.
  • Average earnings of $150K–$200K annually, with top earners making $300K+.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs and goals
  • Present bathroom remodeling solutions, including tub-to-shower conversions, tubs, showers, and other bathroom upgrades
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations and guide homeowners through the buying process
  • Build trust and create strong relationships with homeowners
  • Close qualified opportunities using a consultative, one-call-close approach
What It Takes to Succeed
  • Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience
  • Experience in home improvement, remodeling, HVAC, solar, or another in-home sales environment preferred
  • Highly coachable and willing to continuously improve
  • Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to be held to a high performance standard
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
