Job description
A fast-growing home improvement company is looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join its expanding in-home sales team.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners through pre-set, company-provided appointments to present customized home remodeling solutions, build rapport, and close high-ticket sales. No cold calling or prospecting required.

What You’ll Do
- Run 8–12 pre-set, qualified appointments per week.
- Conduct professional in-home consultations using a proven sales system.
- Present customized remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through their options.
- Partner with your Sales Manager through ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to drive daily within assigned territory
- Strong communication, closing, and objection-handling skills
- Coachable, motivated, and resilient mindset
- Confidence using iPad-based sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening
