Job description

Job Summary:
T1 Energy Inc. is focused on revitalizing solar manufacturing in the U.S. by establishing a domestic solar supply chain. They are seeking an entry-level Helpdesk Administrator to support their Automation & IT Engineering team by managing IT tasks, onboarding new hires, and ensuring access to necessary tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support new hire onboarding by preparing laptops, ordering equipment, and setting up user accounts.
โ€ข Create and manage user credentials, permissions, and access across systems and tools.
โ€ข Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and basic IT equipment.
โ€ข Track and manage incoming IT requests, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
โ€ข Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.
โ€ข Partner closely with engineers to support day-to-day operations.
โ€ข Maintain clear documentation and basic IT processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
โ€ข Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common productivity tools.
