ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Springer - State Farm Agent, you will play an important role in delivering a positive and welcoming experience for customers while beginning your career in the insurance industry. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and learning the fundamentals of insurance operations.
In this position, you will begin by supporting front desk responsibilities and assisting customers with questions, service requests, and general office needs. As you gain experience and build your knowledge of insurance products and processes, you will have the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager role with increased responsibility for client relationships, policy servicing, and coverage support.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within the insurance industry. Individuals who demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and a commitment to learning can expect opportunities for advancement within the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
