Job description

We are looking for a standout Digital Signage Help Desk Technician -Entry Level, with call center, technical support, and or customer service experience.


Primary business operations are based in Orlando, Florida, and eligible candidates must currently reside in the Orlando metro area.


Here are a few activities you can expect to work on once youโ€™ve gained competency in Xpodigitalโ€™s suite of products and technology (we value quick studies):


  • Provide comprehensive technical support to clients via email and phone correspondence
  • Address all client requests for digital signage content while maintaining strict adherence to SLA requirements
  • Address client inquiries regarding digital signage content by phone and email
  • Perform fundamental remote troubleshooting for customer digital signage systems
  • Document issues and resolutions completely in the ticket system
  • Develop a deep understanding of our content management system (CMS)
  • Assist with other duties as needed and assigned by your Manager
  • Understand and implement complex signage solutions, such as interactive touch screens and wayfinding
  • Conduct on-site visits to local customers via automobile to perform hardware repairs and troubleshoot devices
  • Assist in installation projects and road show events for our U.S.-based properties. Travel could be by car or plane
  • This role requires physical labor, including lifting boxes and assisting with hardware installation.
