Job Title: Permit Analyst/CSR/Admin Assistant Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable) Schedule: Business Hours (Monday-Friday) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Application Support Specialist to support the intake, review, and processing of permit and service-related applications. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, administrative support, front desk operations, call centers, or office coordination who are comfortable working with forms, data, and customer inquiries. No prior permit experience is required - training will be provided.
