Job Title: Informatics Pharmacist

Location: Salina, KS

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Duration: Permanent

Pay range: $118,000 – $170,000 per year

Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview)

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program [REQUIRED]

ASHP-accredited residency preferred [PREFERRED]

Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience [REQUIRED]

Knowledge of EHRs, medication-use systems, and regulatory requirements for controlled substances a plus


Secondary (Good to Have):

Current Kansas Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure [HIGHLY PREFFERED]

Experience in pharmacy automation, informatics, or IT applications preferred

Board Certification in Pharmacy Informatics (BCPIS) or related certification preferred [PREFERRED]


POSITION OVERVIEW

Optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems, technologies, and workflows across Salina Regional and affiliated locations

Enhance medication safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through smart system use and continuous improvement

Support and help manage drug diversion monitoring programs and tools

Contribute to the integrity of the medication-use process and supply chain

Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing and drug information, in accordance with hospital standards and pharmacy law
