Job Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate will develop interactive dashboards, analyze large datasets, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable analytical solutions.

 Scope of the Work • Work closely with business and client stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities. • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support decision-making. • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and operational KPIs. • Clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources using Power Query and SQL. • Analyze productivity, quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), SLA compliance, and workforce performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Build scorecards, ranking models, eligibility calculations, and executive-level reports to support business decisions. • Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort. • Ensure data accuracy through validation, troubleshooting, and continuous monitoring of reporting processes. • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Must Have: • 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role. • Strong presentation and data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to business and executive stakeholders. • Strong SQL skills with experience working on large and complex datasets. • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelling. • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, and data analysis functions. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) • High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have: • Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) or equivalent Business Intelligence certification. • Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure cloud certification or Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, and modern analytics ecosystems. • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive data-led innovation initiatives. • Experience working in a client-facing, consulting, or stakeholder-intensive environment.

What this role is NOT: • A dashboard maintenance role or solely data extraction and reporting role. • A purely technical role with limited business or stakeholder interaction.
