Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports for all Dealer Chat departments.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Use XM Discover to supplement reporting with insights related to customer behavior and operational outcomes.
- Maintain a reporting pipeline calendar and track digital headcount metrics.
- Participate in quarterly analytics reviews, weekly operational meetings, and vendor calls.
- Assist in defining and refining KPIs, setting performance targets, and supporting annual planning efforts.
- Provide data-driven support for forecasting, scheduling audits, and strategy development.
- Collaborate with Dealer Chat team leads, support staff, and coordinators on data and project initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance Microsoft Access databases, including VBA components.
