- Assist with software installation, antivirus updates, operating system patching, and basic compatibility testing.
- Provide remote and in-person support using approved tools and support procedures.
- Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation for hardware, software, and support processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and manufacturers on device repairs, replacements, and support cases.
- Help maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, and other internal IT documentation.
- Support continuous improvement efforts, ISO-related requirements, and company security standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree, technical certification, or related training in information technology or a similar field.
- Approximately 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience, or an equivalent combination of training and hands-on experience.
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments and troubleshooting end-user hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, remote support tools, and basic workstation deployment.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory user administration.
- Exposure to PowerShell, batch files, or other basic scripting tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends when business needs require it.
