Reports to: Sr. Director, Creative Services
Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ) NOTE: Starting 2028, this role will be based at the new Arizona Cardinals Training Facility in north Phoenix, AZ.

Summary:
The Graphic Designer, is responsible for creating visually compelling work that extends beyond traditional football marketing. This role specializes in elevated, lifestyle-driven creative that supports hospitality, premium experiences, executive communications, special events, and internal initiatives while remaining aligned with the Club's established brand standards.
The ideal candidate understands when to create refined, hospitality-inspired design and when to execute bold, high-energy football creative. They can move seamlessly between both worlds, bringing versatility, strong visual judgment, and a sophisticated design aesthetic to every project.
Primary Job Duties:
The Graphic Designer role will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
  • Develop elevated visual identities and creative concepts for special events, leadership meetings, premium hospitality experiences, and internal initiatives.
  • Design a wide range of collateral, including invitations, presentations, signage, menus, environmental graphics, apparel, digital assets, and event-related materials.
  • Partner closely with Directors, senior-level executives, and cross-functional teams, including Content, Creative, Brand, Partnerships, Hospitality, and Community Relations.
  • Balance lifestyle-inspired creative with the Club's established visual identity, ensuring work feels both elevated and unmistakably connected to the team.
  • Maintain consistency with NFL and Club brand guidelines while introducing fresh, thoughtful, and sophisticated creative solutions.
  • Produce high-quality design across print, digital, environmental, and experiential mediums.
  • Support game presentation, football marketing, and other Club initiatives as needed, adapting to the team's bold and energetic visual language.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Prepare final production-ready files and coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and print partners as needed.
  • This position sits within the marketing creative team and requires cross-functional collaboration with special projects leads throughout the year.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least two (2) years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within sports, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, luxury, agency, or experiential design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a refined design aesthetic, excellent typography, editorial layout, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience designing for premium hospitality, executive communications, events, corporate environments, sponsorships, or luxury consumer experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Ability to thoughtfully adapt design style across a range of audiences and applications, including:
    • Bold, energetic football campaigns
    • Sophisticated executive communications
    • Premium member and hospitality experiences
    • Corporate and sponsorship creative
    • Community and foundation storytelling
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to receive feedback, incorporate direction, and present creative concepts with confidence and clarity.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
