About the Role

As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will learn the fundamentals of technical recruiting while working alongside an experienced team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging engineering and technical professionals, building relationships with candidates, and helping connect top talent with career opportunities.


This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, motivated by goals, and wants to be rewarded for their effort and success. No prior recruiting experience is required โ€” we are looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.


Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, databases, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Learn and utilize recruiting tools, including Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies
  • Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and initial interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Assist with managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate candidate information within company systems
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to identify and place top engineering and technical talent
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting activity goals


Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate or 0โ€“2 years of professional experience
