Job Purpose
Design, develop, and maintain programs for the operation of various CNC machines.

Essential Job Results
Following established Standard Work Instructions and keeping all customer and order information organized.
Using customer provided scans to create solid models. Using 3D scanned files, models, or other provided geometries to create CNC programs.
Providing outstanding customer service for internal and external customers.
Following company and team policies, reporting quality problems to the supervisor.
Actively following up with customers to ensure all product requirements are understood and clear.
Applying problem solving and decision-making skills to find acceptable resolutions to customer problems.

Your Background

You have a 2-yr technical degree or 1 year relevant experience as CNC programmer desired.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of the organization.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD. MasterCAM or equivalent.
