This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in sales, logistics, and customer service — with full paid training and commission-based earnings as a W-2 employee.

Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you'll connect shippers with reliable carriers, coordinate freight movement, and build lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Learn & Do

During Training (Hourly Pay Provided):

  • Learn the transportation and freight brokerage industry
  • Train hands-on in logistics software and communication tools
  • Practice real-world sales and account management
  • Get coached through client and carrier scenarios
  • Manage shipper and carrier accounts
  • Source and schedule freight shipments
  • Negotiate rates and ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicate with clients and carriers to resolve issues
  • Track loads, handle documentation, and maintain service standards
  • Build your book of business to increase your earnings
