Within Ingredient Solutions, we supply over 30 specialty food ingredients — including eggs, oils, starches, flours, sweeteners, and functional ingredients — to bakeries, snack manufacturers, dry mix producers, and food manufacturers nationwide. Backed by an extensive network of processing locations, distribution centers, oil terminals, and strategically located warehouses, we combine the agility of a trading company with the capabilities and stability of a vertically integrated ingredient business.

THE ROLE
We're hiring a dedicated Ingredient SDR (Sales Development Representative) to generate top-of-funnel pipeline for our food ingredient trading desk. You'll research and engage food manufacturers — bakeries, dry mix producers, snack and specialty food companies — and convert prospects into approved credit accounts or first prepaid orders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

•Research and prospect bakeries, dry mix producers, and specialty food manufacturers using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, visiting grocery stores to source new products, and whatever means necessary to maintain pipeline quota

•Identify purchasing managers, R&D leads, and supply chain decision-makers•Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

•Convert prospects into approved credit accounts or first prepaid orders

•Maintain clean CRM records and consistent weekly activity metrics

•Develop working knowledge of LinkOne's ingredient portfolio and agricultural related markets

•Use Salesforce to maintain pipeline and prospect/account records

•Source and enrich leads using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools, plus phone/email outreach tools provided by LinkOne

•50-75 prospect touches per day (cold calls and emails combined) — 250–375 touches per week, tracked weekly in Salesforce

•Own and manage your own pipeline end to end — this means building your own prospect list from LinkOne's existing Salesforce database of over 1,200 leads, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, retail store visits, and any means necessary
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•2–3 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience
•Proven outbound prospecting track record
•Strong phone presence — comfortable cold calling procurement contacts
•Curiosity about food ingredients and commodity markets
•Self-motivated, competitive, and a self-starter — no hand-holding needed
•Based in or able to commute to Denver, CO (full-time in-office)
COMPENSATION
Base Salary
$65,000 – $80,000

WHY THIS ROLE
This isn't another SDR role. You'll be part of building the commercial engine of a rapidly growing food ingredients platform inside one of North America's fastest-growing ingredient companies. You'll work directly with experienced ingredient traders and business leaders while helping expand a business that operates across North America, the UK, and Europe.
As LinkOne continues to grow through new markets, acquisitions, and expanded manufacturing capabilities, this role offers a clear path into account management, ingredient trading, business development, or commercial leadership.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
•150–200 cold outreaches weekly
•Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of new bakerycustomers
•Understand sales cycles and when/if new accounts will close
•Understand who decision makers are within each prospectaccount and the next steps needed in order to reach thatdecision maker
•Set up calls with the VP of Merchant Trading, the Presidentof Merchant Trading, and other company resources in orderto help move accounts forward
•Exceed quota and work towards achieving LinkOne'squarterly performance incentives
