Job description

Key Lime Air Airline Scheduler

We are a growing regional airline based at Centennial Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.

We operate a fleet of more than 30 aircraft, including Fairchild Metros, Dornier 328 Jets, Embraer E-145LRs, and an Embraer Brasilia. Our growth plans include the continued addition of E-145LRs to our fleet.

Location: 13252 E Control Tower Rd.

Starting Salary: $24.00 an hour

Schedule: Must be able to work nights and weekends this is non-negotiable

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assigning crew members to flight assignments
  • Assess demand for upcoming assignments taking crew duty/rest requirements into consideration
  • Ensure that all crew member duty/rest times are scheduled in accordance with FAR 135 or FAR 121 regulations and department standard operating procedures
  • Communicate changes to the appropriate departments within the company
  • Work closely with Charter Coordinators to maximize charter availability
  • Coordinate with chief pilot and instructor to schedule training events
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business
  • Ability to work within a system that requires constant change implementation
  • Mist be detail oriented and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills
  • A successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multitasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with occasional on-call or after-hours availability
