Service Manager

Beckley Chevrolet | Beckley, WV

Beckley Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, results-driven Service Manager to lead our Fixed Operations department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader who has a track record of driving profitability, delivering exceptional customer service, and building high-performing service teams.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated success managing a dealership service department—someone who understands the importance of technician productivity, advisor performance, customer retention, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Operations, including service profitability, technician efficiency, workflow management, and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving department goals
  • Experience with dealership management systems and manufacturer processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • General Motors dealership experience is a significant advantage
  • Strong understanding of warranty administration, fixed operations reporting, and dealership KPIs
  • History of improving customer satisfaction scores and department performance
