We are currently looking for a SR FOM to join our team in Maine. Supports assigned dealerships in delivering top‐tier Customer Experience, Retention, Dealer Profitability, and Purchase Loyalty through efficient operations, sales effectiveness, and OEM representation efforts. Partners closely with the AGM and Dealer Operations Managers to align strategies and maximize regional and national Accessories, Parts & Service (APS) opportunities. Districts may consist of 8 to 19 dealerships, depending on market complexity and geography. Responsibilities Customer Experience & Retention Conduct routine dealership visits with Aftersales staff, dealership management, and Dealer Principals. Assess Accessories, Parts, and Service (APS) operations using the 5 Mindsets approach: Convenience, Quality, Competitiveness, Transparency, and Friendliness. Provide consultative coaching and action plans to improve APS opportunities. Coordinate Aftersales Core Processes and deliver training aligned with NNA tools and technologies. Promote Technician Certification training and support recognition programs. Review dealership marketing, CRM, social media, websites, eCommerce, and BDC alignment with NNA initiatives. Dealer Profitability Perform dealer financial and operational analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Utilize key ratio management aligned with NNA and industry benchmarks. Develop and implement action plans to improve KPIs, APS sales, Fixed Absorption Rate, and ROS. Review APS performance reports with Dealer Principals and management. Monitor cash flow, inventory, and capital related to APS operations. Loyalty Analyze sell‐in and sell‐out data to assess parts loyalty. Identify barriers and develop action plans to improve profitability, retention, and brand loyalty. Participate in CSI‐focused reviews and implement corrective actions. Administer goodwill decisions and monitor customer satisfaction metrics. Additional Responsibilities Support AGM with Market Representation activities and dealership standing matters. Assist with dealership openings, closures, and special events. Maintain awareness of competitive dealerships and market expansion opportunities. Support regional, national, and district initiatives including auto shows and special brand events. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (required). Minimum 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience. At least 3 years of analytical experience in automotive industry specialties, including Sales Operations, Dealer Agreements, Marketing, Parts & Service. Minimum 2 years in dealer contact support roles (e.g., WDM, FOM, FSM, DOM) required for advancement. Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools and sales‐related systems. Ability to manage priorities independently in a virtual environment. Strong relationship‐building, communication, and influencing skills. Results‐driven mindset with the ability to overcome resistance. Ability to analyze complex situations and present clear recommendations. Physical Requirements Travel: More than 75% domestic travel (day and overnight). Must reside within the assigned district. This compensation range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Actual base salary often falls between the range.
