  • Serves as point person for all internal partners on matters pertaining to Middle Office responsibilities.
  • Independently processes a variety of complex customer account-related requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to all internal procedures and regulatory policies.
  • Understands and interprets applicable regulations, and applies that understanding to associated policies, procedures and team responsibilities.
  • Supports ad-hoc initiatives to drive process improvement and efficiency gains, working independently to identify the areas for improvement and creating recommended action plan to address the area of need.
