Job Title: Assistant to Executive Team
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Summary:
The executive assistant position is a full-time, entry level position that will provide support to Pidgin executives. This position will assist with calendar and schedule management by coordinating appointments and meetings across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and ensuring executives are prepared. The assistant will be responsible for travel coordination using a third-party travel agency and will handle executive expense reports. This position is responsible for meeting and event support when requested and must always be responsible for confidentiality and gate keeping by safeguarding sensitive information, managing priorities, and acting as a gatekeeper to protect the executive's time.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
· HS diploma or GED required
· Organizational Skills
· Excellent phone & computer skills
· Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
