Job description

Application Integrations Engineer & Interoperability Developer
What You'll Own
Build and maintain connectivity pipelines across the platform's integrated network
Manage and unify endpoints across complicated, multi-system environments
Handle HL7 and FHIR data transforms to ensure clean, reliable data exchange
Support API connectivity and troubleshoot integration failures end to end
Maintain HIE connectivity and networking infrastructure between payer and provider systems
Set up and manage interfaces on Epic Bridges (training provided)
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
Strong connectivity principles - you know how to maintain complicated, integrated networks and unify endpoints
Solid working knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards
API development and connectivity support experience
Networking fundamentals for HIE connectivity
Interface setup, configuration, and troubleshooting across distributed systems
Nice-to-have:
Exposure to Epic Care Everywhere - a plus, not a requirement
We'll train you on:
Epic Bridges and Epic application integration - structured training and certification provided
