We're seeking a highly motivated <\/span><\/span>Junior EDI Data Integration Engineer<\/span><\/span><\/b> to support the operational functionality of our EDI\/B2B systems, including Sterling Integrator. This entry\-level role provides an opportunity for individuals to gain hands\-on experience in the dynamic field of data integration and system maintenance. You'll work closely with senior engineers and cross\-functional teams to learn and contribute to key operational and support activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EDI\/B2B data exchange systems in line with the Master Services Agreement (MSA)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist in onboarding and transition services for new clients, partners, and environments<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Help maintain and update key documentation such as:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Onboarding and Offboarding Tracker<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Operational, Incident, Change, and Governance Reports<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Weekly Status Reports and Metrics Reports<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Monthly Dashboards, RCA, and Outage Reports<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Monitor incident and service requests and escalate to senior engineers when necessary<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Participate in software release cycles, including coordinating testing and validating changes<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Conduct proactive system maintenance, including patching and configuration updates<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Collaborate with the wider team to analyze and document system requirements and processes<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated incidents<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Education<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>: Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>: Basic exposure to EDI\/B2B systems and integration tools (preferably IBM Sterling Integrator or similar platforms)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

        • Understanding of EDI formats (e.g., X12, EDIFACT), protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTP), and integration systems<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management, and change control processes<\/span><\/span><\/span>
