Job Description
Summary
Builds and supports integration technologies (Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf and Capsule) to serve business needs. Participates in the full development lifecycle for team integration technologies and projects. Administers and supports automated systems via the construction and testing of within area(s) of specialization. Partners with senior developers and application architects to identify the business needs and appropriate technical solutions for interfaces and integrations between Epic and third party systems.
Job Duties
  • 7 years interface experience in HL7, XML, FHIR
  • Epic Bridges Certified at least 5 years (current cert status)
  • Cloverleaf or similar interface engine experience 7 years
  • Serve as a mentor to Level I analysts
  • Device integration experience (nice to have)
  • Supports and monitors current state interfaces in the development, staging and production environments
  • Follows the SDLC process for new integration projects
  • Develops, plans and executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans.
  • Develops and executes interface error management strategy
  • Participates in Epic system upgrade projects
  • Partners with senior developers and application architects to identify the business needs and appropriate technical solutions between EPIC and third-party systems.
  • Participation in 24X7 on-call rotation (approximately 4 times per year)
  • Develops interface documentation including requirement documents and knowledge sharing documentation

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years related work experience
  • Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced administration, as well as virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Experience with cloud integration (Azure AD, hybrid environments), patch management (WSUS), and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
  • Strong understanding of security hardening, endpoint protection, and performance monitoring tools such as PerfMon, SCOM, and SolarWinds.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
