Join our Team as an Informatics Credentialed Trainer
Are you passionate about technology, education, and improving how healthcare teams deliver care? We're looking for a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Informatics Credentialed Trainer to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
In this role, you'll develop expertise in assigned Epic applications and provide high-quality training to end users across the organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring staff are confident and proficient in using clinical and operational systems by delivering engaging, effective training in classroom settings, live meetings, and one-on-one sessions.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain expertise in assigned Epic applications and related workflows.
    • Deliver end-user training through classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and one-on-one support.
    • Conduct rounding and provide ongoing support to end users across the organization.
    • Assist with system optimization and workflow improvement initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to support learning and adoption.

Education & Experience:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
    • Education in a health-related or adult education field is preferred.
    • Previous experience documenting in Epic is preferred.
    • Experience as a trainer or mentor is preferred.
    • Experience creating documentation such as user guides, grant applications, or business plans is preferred.
