Job description

Position: EPIC Credentialed Trainer
Location: Louisville, KY | Remote
Description:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 1-3 Years of relevant experience
  • Must obtain Credentialed Trainer status in assigned application within 6 weeks of assignment. This credentialing process includes the successful completion of assigned training tracks, teaching presentations ("teach backs") before a panel, and written credentialing exams (which require a passing score of 85% or higher).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrates flexibility with respect to required changes in training content and delivery methods.
  • Cooperative and approachable and takes time to listen to and address others' questions or concerns.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology adoption and a willingness to become a strong Epic advocate.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
