At East West Hospitality, our vision is to be the most trusted hospitality services company and employer of choice, built on genuine and enduring relationships. We believe in doing the right thing for each other, our community, our environment, and those we serve. We hope you'll consider joining us!
Start your maintenance career at The Charter, a premier property in Beaver Creek. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Entry-Level Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and learning new skills. You will work alongside an experienced Engineering team, receive on-the-job training, and build practical experience with building systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, and resort operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance experience or related training who wants to grow into a long-term career in facilities engineering!
What You'll Do Includes:
  • Keep things running: Respond to guest, owner, and team work orders and tackle repairs that keep the property safe, comfortable, and operating at its best.
  • Stay ahead of problems: Complete daily inspections and preventive maintenance throughout residential units, common areas, commercial spaces, and building support areas.
  • Get hands-on: Put your skills to work across basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, equipment, and general repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and solve: Investigate equipment and building-system issues, identify needed repairs, and communicate solutions to the Engineering Manager.
  • Learn from the pros: Work alongside experienced engineers and qualified contractors on repairs, installations, testing, maintenance projects, and property improvements.
  • Keep it documented: Accurately record work completed, materials used, equipment information, and follow-up needs in the work-order and preventive maintenance system.
  • Keep the shop dialed in: Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while keeping an eye on tools, supplies, and inventory needs.

Perks Just For You: Garage parking in Beaver Creek, Wellness Incentive (EPIC merchant ski pass or end of season bonus, based on start date), career development opportunities that are supported by an experienced engineering team!
Work Location: The Charter, Beaver Creek
Job Start Date: 9/8/2026
Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay Rate: $23 - $26/hr depending on experience
Schedule: 2pm - 10pm, Tuesday through Saturday
Posting Closes: 10/1/2026 or when filled
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Work authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without a specific end date.
  • Bring some experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least one year of related hands-on maintenance experience preferred. Vocational training, an apprenticeship, certification, or an associate degree in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, facilities maintenance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Be ready to get hands-on: Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, with an interest in learning building systems, safety procedures, and maintenance software.
  • Solve problems: Able to identify basic maintenance issues, follow instructions, troubleshoot, and help find practical solutions.
  • Take pride in the work: Reliable, organized, safety-minded, and willing to take initiative while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Take care of people: Friendly, responsive, and professional when working with guests, owners, coworkers, and contractors.
  • Communicate clearly: Able to follow directions, document completed work, and communicate issues or follow-up needs effectively.
