Join our Team as an ENDPOINT ADMINISTRATOR!
The Role:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Endpoint Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing frontline support and maintenance for enterprise endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals. This role ensures that endpoints remain secure, up to date, and aligned with company IT policies, while offering end-users reliable access to the tools they need to perform their work. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Device Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide first-line technical support for endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
    • Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues.
    • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Endpoint Configuration & Deployment
    • Assist with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of new endpoint devices.
    • Apply standard configurations and policies through endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF, NinjaOne).
    • Support onboarding of new users with device setup and configuration.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Monitor compliance with security policies (patching, antivirus, encryption).
    • Ensure endpoint devices receive timely updates and security patches.
    • Report and escalate security-related incidents.
  • Inventory & Asset Management
    • Maintain accurate records of endpoint devices and peripherals.
    • Track hardware lifecycle and coordinate with procurement for replacements.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in knowledge base systems.
    • Provide end-user guidance and training on proper device use.
