About the Role

We are seeking a System Administrator who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. In this role, youโ€™ll play a critical part in keeping our core technology systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently across our dealership network.

Youโ€™ll work with modern tools and platforms while supporting day-to-day operations that directly impact our teams and customers.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Support and administer Dealer Management Systems (DMS) critical to dealership operations
  • Manage and maintain phone systems and integrations
  • Execute smooth and secure employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and endpoint management tools
  • Monitor system performance, security tools, and access controls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and service requests
  • Maintain clear and accurate system documentation
  • Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and security initiatives
