As a member of the SITUSAMC Endpoint Management team, the Endpoint Management System Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint environments. This role provides advanced technical and administrative support for physical and virtual endpoints and supporting infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune, Automox, Windows endpoint security, and patch management.
The position serves as a point of escalation for endpoint-related issues, supports endpoint lifecycle management, ensures compliance with security and audit requirements, and partners closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to plan and deliver reliable, secure endpoint solutions.
Essential Job Functions
  • Act as a point of escalation for the Endpoint Management team, resolving complex endpoint, Microsoft Intune, and Automox-related issues
  • Use company ticketing systems to record, track, document, and resolve endpoint-related incidents and service requests
  • Apply company-approved diagnostic tools and utilities to troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and endpoint management agent issues
  • Perform endpoint support remotely or in person, including installing, upgrading, and configuring software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications
  • Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Intune, including endpoint configuration, compliance policies, security baselines, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and mobile device management (MDM)
  • Design, implement, and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, Conditional Access integrations, and deployment strategies
  • Administer and maintain Automox for endpoint patching, including patch policies, scheduling, testing, monitoring, remediation, and custom Worklets
  • Monitor Automox dashboards and reporting to ensure patch compliance, investigate failures, and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Assist in operating system and application patch releases and rollouts using Intune, Automox, and related tools in accordance with Change Management best practices
  • Maintain patching compliance across the SitusAMC endpoint environment
  • Implement and maintain security hardening and configuration standards on all Windows endpoint operating systems
  • Provide planning, analysis, implementation, testing, and validation of complex operating system upgrades, feature updates, and new releases, including impact assessments to endpoint management workflows
  • Support the planning, testing, and deployment of COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) software upgrades and new releases
  • Interface with internal SITUSAMC teams and external vendors during endpoint deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with systems administrators, database programmers, analysts, security teams, and end users to evaluate current and future endpoint system needs
  • Assess the impact of new or revised applications on existing endpoint configurations, policies, and systems
  • Maintain familiarity with Microsoft security, compliance, and audit requirements applicable to endpoint environments
  • Develop, maintain, and update endpoint documentation and reporting to support audit, compliance, and operational needs
  • Monitor vendor service portals and forums (Microsoft, Automox, and third-party vendors) for updates, advisories, and best practices
  • Provide expert-level analysis and resolution of complex endpoint issues to maximize availability and minimize user impact
  • Perform capacity, performance, and root cause analysis to ensure efficient use of endpoint and management platform resources
  • Produce reporting on endpoint compliance, patching status, performance, and security posture for management review
  • Provide on-call support for assigned endpoint platforms and supported software products during production incidents
  • Assist in training and mentoring Endpoint Management staff on tools, processes, and security practices
  • Participate in company and department training initiatives to continuously improve technical skills
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, risks, and recurring incidents related to endpoint management and security
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise Windows Endpoint environments and administering Microsoft Intune in production.
  • Hands-on with endpoint patch management tools like Automox; capable of supporting third-party application deployment and patching.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, audit requirements, and experience in regulated environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; advanced skills with hardware, OS, applications, and management agents.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and Change Management processes.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, modern device provisioning, Conditional Access, security baselines, and endpoint hardening.
  • Capable of participating in on-call rotations, working independently and as part of a team; excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to manage endpoints across remote/on-prem environments, create and remediate patch policies, and monitor compliance dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Windows endpoint security and configuration best practices; experience maintaining security baselines, compliance policies, and documentation.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, acting as escalation point for incidents, and providing both remote and in-person support.
  • Experienced in supporting OS upgrades, feature updates, and COTS deployments; able to assess impact, perform testing, and support system changes.
  • Collaborative with infrastructure, application, security teams, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
