Toyota of Des Moines is seeking an Entry Level Service Advisor who will provide our customers with exceptional service, the ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions, and can perform a variety of tasks simultaneously. Toyota makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional appearance.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
  • Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions
  • Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
  • Oversee and participate in quality control
  • Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate


Pay Range: $35,000-$50,000


Requirements:

  • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
  • CDK experience (preferred)
  • Automotive service advisor experience (preferred)
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Will submit to a drug and background screening
