Job Description
This is not an entry-level dispatch role.
Were looking for a high-level dispatcher who already knows how to run a board, manage multiple technicians, and keep a fast-moving service operation running at full capacity.
If youve used ServiceTitan in a high-volume environment and know how to drive revenue through dispatch, this will feel like a step upnot just another job.
Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan based on priority, skill set, and location
  • Manage high call volume and same-day service demand

  • Optimize routing and technician utilization to reduce downtime and increase revenue
  • Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
  • Handle urgent and escalated service requests with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate job records, notes, and invoicing within ServiceTitan
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams
  • Track and improve KPIs such as:
    • Technician utilization
    • Job completion time
    • Revenue per technician
    • First-time completion rate
  • Support after-hours or on-call rotation as needed
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating large teams (1550+ technicians)

  • Background in field service, construction, or skilled trades environments
  • Experience with maintenance agreements or recurring service customers
  • Strong understanding of scheduling efficiency and route optimization
