Job description

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to lead our Phoenix-area dispatch team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, coaching team members, optimizing technician schedules, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong management skills; able to supervise, coach, and develop a team of dispatchers.
  • Call center leadership experience is a plus.
  • Work with your team to manage daily technician scheduling and dispatch operations to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as priorities change.
  • Support dispatchers with escalated customer concerns and service issues.
  • Track key performance metrics including technician utilization, response times, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Call center supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
