Job description
We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to lead our Phoenix-area dispatch team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, coaching team members, optimizing technician schedules, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Strong management skills; able to supervise, coach, and develop a team of dispatchers.
- Call center leadership experience is a plus.
- Work with your team to manage daily technician scheduling and dispatch operations to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as priorities change.
- Support dispatchers with escalated customer concerns and service issues.
- Track key performance metrics including technician utilization, response times, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Call center supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
