Job description

$1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross. Home every Saturday morning. That's the whole pitch.

This regional Midwest position covers OH, KY, IN, MI, and IL on a consistent weekly cycle — Monday out, weekend home, repeat. No chasing miles. No dispatcher roulette on Friday afternoon.

Now hiring:

  • Drivers with 6+ months of verifiable experience
  • Recent graduates from accredited CDL programs (120+ school hours)

Pay Structure

  • $0.56–$0.64 CPM base (experience-based)
  • Weekly gross average: $1,200–$1,500 / Top earners: $1,800+
  • Short load protection: +$40 (under 150 mi), +$25 (150–250 mi)
  • Detention pay and performance bonuses

The Equipment & Freight

  • Assigned late-model automatic trucks
  • Drop & hook and preloaded trailer freight
  • Defined 5-state Midwest network — 1,700 to 2,200 miles weekly
  • Rider and pet friendly from orientation day

  • Valid Class A CDL — minimum 21 years old
  • 6+ months verifiable experience OR recent CDL graduate (120+ school hours)
  • Clean driving record (MVR)
  • Stable employment history
  • Must pass DOT physical & drug screen
  • No SAP drivers
