Job Title: Entry Level Class A CDL Truck Driver - Trainee (OTR)Job Description

We are seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position running all 48 states. This role features a structured mentor training program designed to help you transition into a successful solo career. We offer consistent miles, stable dry van freight, and a clear path toward significant pay increases within your first year.

Training Program & Orientation
  • Orientation Location: Springdale, AR (Travel and hotel accommodations are fully provided)
  • Meals: $100 food stipend provided during orientation
  • On-the-Job Training: Minimum of 10 days of hands-on training with an experienced mentor
  • Training Pay: Paid training at $75.00 per day
  • Graduation: Upon completion of mentor training, drivers return to Arkansas for final testing and upgrade to solo status
Pay & Compensation Structure
  • Job Type: Full-time, W2 position with steady mileage
  • Starting Pay (Post-Training): $0.35 cents-per-mile (CPM)
  • 3-Month Milestone: Increase to $0.55 CPM after 3 months of safe solo driving
  • 1-Year Milestone: Increase to $0.60 CPM at 1 year of service
  • Volume: Consistent freight averaging 2,500+ miles per week
  • Breakdown Pay: $40.00 after 24 hours of downtime
Position Details & Schedule
  • Route: Over-the-Road (OTR) operating across all 48 continental states
  • Home Time: Out 2 to 4 weeks at a time
