Job description

Title: Senior Desktop Support Technician
-
Responsibilities:
• Provides technical support and training to PC and Mac users to address and resolve hardware,
software and other computer related issues.
• Assists users in solving problems using available hardware and software tools
• Deploys, supports, and maintains computers, operating systems, software, and related IT
sanctioned peripherals
• Helps maintain proper inventory and tracking of computer assets
• Performs preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment
• Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources
• May perform system administration tasks as appropriate to assist users or resolve issues (i.e.
password resets, mailbox sharing, etc.)
• Performs basic setup and support for audio and video conference needs
• May be asked to support various other devices and platforms as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting end users in a business environment consisting of
both Macs and PCs
• Highly Proficient in Windows and MacOS, (some Linux experience would be helpful)
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 apps
• Experience providing support to high level Executives

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
and persistence to solve problems in a timely and professional manner
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately

• Strong knowledge of personal computing hardware and software and peripherals
• Basic knowledge of user and device management in Microsoft Active Directory

The base salary range for this role is $40.87 - $43.27 depending upon experience + annual discretionary bonus.
 
Our offices are located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA. Employees work in the office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. We offer a very competitive benefits package, annual bonus, and a creative and dynamic working environment.
 
This position is based in California and is subject to California employment laws and workplace safety requirements, including the Company’s Covid vaccination policy. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
