Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our event marketing team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals interested in developing skills in client acquisition, relationship management, marketing strategy, and business growth.

The Business Development Assistant will support outreach efforts, identify new business opportunities, build professional relationships, and help expand client partnerships through innovative event marketing campaigns and brand experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and outreach
  • Support client acquisition strategies and relationship-building initiatives
  • Conduct in-person and virtual outreach with prospective clients, partners, and community organizations
  • Represent the company and client brands at promotional events, networking opportunities, and marketing activations
  • Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and business development materials
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event teams to execute growth strategies
  • Participate in client meetings and support account management activities
