Larry Hale Insurance Agency, a locally-owned Allstate agency, is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help protect the people and homes of our Goodlettsville community. Build lasting client relationships in a supportive, family-oriented team.


. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $36,000 to $40,000 base salary range and the opportunity to earn monthly commissions. Most successful candidates earn between $50,000 to $70,000 base and commission income combined.   • Review current policies with clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their actual life needs.
  • Proactively reach out to members of our local Goodlettsville community to introduce them to the protection we offer.

  • Address billing questions or general account concerns with patience and care.
  • Maintain accurate client records within our internal agency database.
