Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Manufacturing Quality Auditor in Foothill Ranch, CA!

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Manufacturing Quality Auditor, where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality requirements.

Position Overview:
Located on-site in Foothill Ranch, CA, this entry-level role offers a dynamic work environment with multiple shift options. You’ll be responsible for inspecting products on assembly lines, recording detailed inspection results, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in manufacturing quality with competitive pay and potential for growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform thorough inspections of products on assembly lines, adhering to established quality standards and procedures.

  • Accurately record inspection results and utilize data entry systems to document quality information.

  • Identify and segregate non-conforming or defective products, labeling and submitting them for review.

  • Communicate recurring quality issues to supervisors and quality engineers for resolution.

  • Follow detailed instructions from Quality and Production leadership to support daily operations.

  • Assist in line start-up, set-up, and other production-related tasks.

  • Rotate between different workstations, performing quality checks, assembly, and support duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing or quality roles.

  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to distinguish small components and colors.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Quick learner with adaptability to shifting priorities.

  • Capable of inspecting materials at close range.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Shift Options & Training:

  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

  • 4x12 Shifts: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Sunday–Wednesday)

  • 4x12 Shifts: 3:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Wednesday–Saturday)

Note: All shifts require training on the 1st shift for 1.5 weeks.

Pay Details: $21.09 to $24.75 per hour
