Claims Support Specialist

Provide administrative support for the Claims Enterprise. Work with claims staff to manage various tasks and responsibilities.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Kickstart your career in insurance as a Claims Support Specialist, where you'll play a key role in keeping the claims process running smoothly. In this entry-level opportunity, you'll support adjusters with tasks like new loss intake, processing payments and forms, handling incoming calls, ordering records, and ensuring everything is accurate and compliant. You'll also assist with data entry and reporting while serving as a helpful resource for both internal teams and customers.

We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with about a year of data entry or administrative experience and comfort using basic Microsoft tools. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys variety in your day and is eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build foundational skills and grow within the organization.

Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $42,000-$52,000. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
