ETC has an opening for a full-time Data Entry position in our Professional Services department located onsite in Middleton, WI. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment.

Representative Responsibilities:
• Processes PO through the PO App to applicable Departments
• Ensure system orders are entered accurately into ETC’s business system
• Receives PO/order
• Enters order into the system
• Prints Sales order acknowledgements
• Create Project Workspace(Jira) and creates Functional Location
• Attaches PO’s and Quotes documentation to the business system
• Ensure custom Bills of Materials are entered accurately into ETC’s business system
• Performs high volume data entry of customer orders
• Performs back-up to EchoFlex data entry
• Assists Customer Service when necessary
• Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• HS diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• 1-3 years previous administrative type experience
• Experience in a team environment
• Ability to interact with other employees, work as a team
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to read, speak and understand English
• Keyboarding skills, both alpha and numeric
• Able to work well under pressure
• Ability to multi task
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• SAP Knowledge helpful
