Location: Wayzata, MN 55391
Duration: 4 Months
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Summary
Entry-level customer service support role focused on assisting the order management process, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth internal coordination. Works under general supervision to resolve routine clerical and administrative tasks while escalating complex issues as needed.
Responsibilities
• Support routine order management activities including order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
• Assist in improving internal processes to enhance customer experience.
• Identify and report potential issues in the order workflow; collaborate with internal teams for corrective actions.
• Update internal stakeholders on order status and related issues.
• Generate order-related documents following established procedures.
• Resolve basic administrative and clerical tasks related to order confirmation and processing.
• Validate simple customer orders for credit, contract terms, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability.
• Follow standard procedures for order status updates, invoices, and contract balances; provide required details to customer-facing representatives.
• Handle moderately complex administrative or customer support tasks with general supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
