Job Title:         Customer Service Support
Client:              Food Manufacturing Company
Duration:         4 Months (Temp to Hire)
Location:         Wayzata, MN 55391
Shift:                Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM CST

Key Responsibilities
• Support order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment
• Assist in streamlining and optimizing internal order processes
• Identify obstacles in order management and support corrective actions
• Update internal stakeholders on order status and issues
• Generate order-related documents as per process
• Resolve simple clerical and administrative issues
• Support customer orders for credit, contract, pricing, and stock checks
• Follow standard procedures for order status and invoices
• Share order information with customer service representatives
• Handle moderately complex support issues and escalate when needed

Must Have
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level customer service experience
• 2 years of related work experience
• Basic PC knowledge
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
