JOB DESCRIPTION:

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Retail Service Representative to join our Boston market team! The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing entry-level customer service for delivery partners and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO sales and service, of limited complexity and variety.

  • Perform administrative tasks associated with role.

  • Answers telephone and receives visitors; determines nature of business and directs individuals to appropriate staff or supplies information.

  • Sorts, alphabetizes, and files correspondence, forms, records, reports and other materials according to filing systems.

  • Searches records and files for specific data.

  • Post entries in books of account, ledgers, or other recordkeeping logs.

  • Performs routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes and form letters.

  • Coordinates mailing, copying and other administrative projects.

  • Maintains stock levels of supplies and brochures.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.

  • Basic word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills

  • Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships

  • Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment

  • Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills

PAY RANGE:

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
