Job description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Image Retoucher / Junior Designer to support the creation and maintenance of high-quality visual assets. This role focuses on retouching CGI imagery for color accuracy and consistency, coordinating with internal teams, and working closely with offsite CGI contractors. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, an interest in digital design, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Image Retouching & CGI Production

Retouch and color-correct CGI imagery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment

Review CGI assets for lighting, materials, textures, and overall visual quality

Provide clear, organized feedback to offsite CGI contractors to address revisions and updates

Maintain visual standards across multiple product lines and asset types

Prepare final image files for various digital and print applications

Project Coordination & Collaboration

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, merchandising, etc.) to understand creative needs and priorities

Track project status, revisions, and approvals to ensure smooth workflows

Communicate timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners

Junior Design Support

Assist with basic design tasks such as resizing assets, updating layouts, and creating production-ready files

Support designers with visual assets for web, email, social, and other marketing channels

Help organize and maintain digital asset libraries

Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative materials

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools a plus

Strong understanding of color correction, retouching techniques, and visual consistency

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to take feedback, follow processes, and learn quickly

Preferred

Exposure to CGI workflows

Basic knowledge of layout, typography, and digital design principles

Experience working with external vendors or contractors (academic or internship experience acceptable)

Interest in e-commerce, product imagery, or digital content production
