Job responsibilities
  • Create Mockups and Visuals
  • Create Sales Decks
  • Assist with placement of orders
  • Enter orders into Quickbooks
  • Create shipping labels and packing slips
  • Answer phone calls; Help Walk-in clients
  • Manage multiple orders and projects at the same time
  • Work with production to ensure orders are on track to meet ship dates
For Skills
  • MUST have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience using Microsoft Office is required. EXCEL + OUTLOOK
  • Experience with Quickbooks is required.
  • Must be able to multi task.
  • Plus for someone who has experience with Apparel and Promo products
  • Plus for someone that speaks Spanish and English
