FOX Client Services is the Account Management team dedicated to delivering best-in-class service for our agency and brand partners. We thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and focus on post-sale campaign execution and stewardship to drive results. The team builds strong client relationships and collaborates with key internal stakeholders to refine support strategies, monitor and optimize campaign performance, and ensure accurate invoice and revenue reporting.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. In this entry level position, the Account Coordinator will play a key part in supporting client relationships, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish, and helping deliver exceptional service that drives results. Working across all the FOX Sports, Entertainment and News, there is great potential for growth and achievement within the organization.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Support Account Executive and Account Managers in the maintenance of Linear TV deals by maintaining an assigned book of business; entering and confirming all schedule details of orders (units, dates, dayparts, rotations, targeting, pricing).
  • Communicates across multiple internal departments Pricing & Planning, Traffic/Operations, Finance/AR, Research, Brand Partnerships, and other Client Services teammates to facilitate flawless deal stewardship and campaign execution
  • Execute client requested changes such as brand allocations, commercial movement across weeks or dayparts, etc in a timely manner and sending confirmations in the form of change notices with updated flowcharts
  • Execute internal schedule changes e.g. programming changes, makegoods etc and confirm changes to client
  • Partner with Commercial Ad Operations to obtain any missing commercial creative
  • Assist AM in monitoring delivery pacing; flag any accounts at risk for under-delivery and books ADUs as needed
  • Pull pre- and/or post-logs upon client request
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for agency/client assistants on schedules, capture client requests resolving issues in a timely manner with clear follow-through.
  • Validate invoices against delivery and pricing; resolve discrepancies with Finance/AR.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Prior work or intern experience in media and/or related customer service
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • A keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflow
  • Ability to clearly communicate, act with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player who works well with diverse groups
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes the initiative to address client needs
  • Skilled at balancing competing clients and workflow demands to maintain accuracy
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to manage a fast-paced environment and changing priorities with composure.
